Step 1 — Acknowledgement
We will acknowledge your complaint promptly, and within five business days of receipt. We will provide you with the name of the person handling your complaint.
Step 2 — Investigation
We will investigate your complaint thoroughly and fairly. During our investigation, we may contact you for further information or clarification.
Step 3 — Resolution
We aim to resolve all complaints within four weeks. If we are unable to resolve your complaint within this period, we will write to explain why and provide an expected resolution date.
Step 4 — Final Response
We will issue our final response within eight weeks of receiving your complaint. This will set out our findings and, where appropriate, any remedial action or redress offered.
If you are not satisfied with our final response, or if eight weeks have passed without a resolution, you have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS):
You must refer your complaint to the FOS within six months of receiving our final response.
